In addition to monthly rent, a security deposit equal to rent is required upon lease signing. To receive Home Care Services (ADL and IADL), an agreement and plan of care must be signed.

All Home Care Services are administered under licensure from the Pennsylvania Department of Health and therefore their guidelines must be followed.
